| MySkillsRecord allows anybody to set up their own skills and qualifications record on-line to help them keep a record of all of the training and skills they acquire throughout their career. Each record becomes more valuable as it becomes verified by employers or other organisations that are registered as MySkillsRecord Verifiers. |

| MySkillsRecord charges a nominal £10 per year for hosting your record. This allows you to update your record with as many additional skills or qualifications, or to change your employer’s details, at no extra cost. |

| Every member has a ‘My Goals’ function which is accessible from their ‘My Skills Record’ page. My Goals allows you to setup a personal development plan by setting out your goals and then breaking them down into manageable milestones. MySkillsRecord will then assist you by emailing or texting reminders to prompt you to take the appropriate action at the right time to ensure that you stay on track to achieve your personal targets. |
